Have you ever thought in years to come what our children’s first drawings would look like after years of being in storage? If they are paintings, the paint could have cracked, or the ink in coloured pictures could have bled or faded, and then our keepsake is no longer fit for purpose and we will probably throw it away.
What if there was a unique way to preserve the memory. What if you could have the exact picture and colours embroidered to create a replica? A fresher and different way to capture what your child created all those years ago
Well here at Embroidery by Josephines, we can do just that. With a little bit of digitalising and maybe a little colour enhancement, your picture can become a unique way to remember what you child created.
So whether you decide to have one individual picture or multiple there are several ways to display the memories:
Please note that a lot of work goes into producing an embroidered image. For a photograph on average there could be 32000 stitches! Plus all photographs need to be edited and enhanced in order to improve the sharpness and clarity. It is requested that as many pictures as you can find are to be provided as not all photographs will be high enough quality for the software to detect. All pictures are then scanned and looked at individually. The software is used on every picture to see which one works the best. All of this takes time. So these prices are not just randomly picked, they are based on labour, material, digitalising and the overall time it takes.
Due to the bespoke a nature of this work it is better to make contact with me to discuss your requirements in order to see whether I can create what you want, deposits and payments can then be arranged afterwards
